Thank you so much for helping find a gift for my best friends whose dog had recently passed away. You guys pointed out a lantern that lights up every night. She texted me and told me how much she loves it. She put it next to his ashes and tells him goodnight every evening it lights up. Thanks for your recommendation. You guys are the best.

I used to always order from 1800flowers or pro glowers because my mom lives out of state and I did not know the area. I found Flowers and Friends and I will never go back! I have always loved the arrangements and extra gifts they have sent! I also really love that they hand write the note to make it more personalized! 10/10 recommend Flowers and Friends! Thank you for always brightening my moms day!

I love several states away from my mom. Tried to order her flowers from 1-800-flowers, but they couldn’t deliver. I stumbled across Flowers & Friends and I will never go back! The arrangement was beautiful, my mom loved them! They even held them for her because she wasn’t going to be home and bad weather was on the way. Thank you Flowers & Friends!

I have received three arrangements from Flowers & Friends in the past month for health and for my birthday. Each and every one was wonderful. The staff called to see when I would be home and delivered when they said! I am thankful to have such a wonderful shop in our town.

I tried to find my order and receipt and could not. I do not think this site is very user friendly, at least not for me. I ordered the wrong thing for mom's day and had no way to verify other than calling the store. There is always room for improvement. hope this helps.

I'm disappointed that when sending flowers anonymously that the recipient can call in and get the name of the buyer . Not very professional or confidential, never buying from them again.

Apologies for that but when we receive a phone call from the young lady's mother and she is in a bit of a panic, we feel obligated to ease her nerves. In the old days, we would have kept it anonymous. But times are different now and people are a lot more nervous about things like that. Mother was concerned for her daughter's safety. It's sad that the world has become such a scary place for parents.

They always do a nice job of putting an arrangement together, I never get anything certain, i just give them a price range and tell them to make it bright and coloful. I have never been dissapointed!
